Refund policy

Please keep in mind that you are buying a work of art, that by its design, is imperfect. Each MildaMade item is an art piece, and crafted by hand using sustainable fabrics and vintage goods. Thus, you may occasionally encounter a blemish, tear, hole, stain or something of the like, and is completely the artist's intention . 

However, if for some reason is not to your liking, MildaMade will happily take your purchase back (in original condition with tags included) for store credit or exchange within 10 days of receiving your order. Customer must cover all return shipping costs.

We do not offer refunds.

Exchanges

You have within 10 days of receiving your item to notify us of an exchange. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded with store credit within 10 business days. 

Customer must cover all return shipping costs. MildaMade is not responsible for lost or misplaced packages. It is strongly encouraged to mail your item with additional insurance or tracking if needed.

To request an exchange, please email a general request to milda@mildabublys.com. Upon receipt of your item and once it has been reviewed and cleared for signs of wear and damage, your account will automatically be credited. Customer must cover all return shipping costs.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order within 48 hours of receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Exchangeable items

Certain types of items cannot be exchanged, such as limited edition products, patches, art, all custom products, personal items like lingerie or underwear, and items used in the storage or preparation of food. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
